Institutional Research: Hand Made Films

HandMade Films logo.svg
We have considered using Hand Made Films to distribute, exhibit and produce our film because they have released and made profits from films similar to the one we plan to make. An example is Lock Stock and Two Smocking Barrels which Hand Made Films helped to bring to the silver screen with success.
They are an independent studio which may suit our film more because our film will have a low budget.

Crew list

Crew
It is impossible to create a film opening without a crew to help, we will have various jobs for people to take on which will benefit the outcome of the opening.
Camera- We need somebody to film the opening, get the right angles and highlight the key moments of action.
Sound- As much as we will need someone to pick up sounds on a microphone that will match up with the video; there will be minimal/no speech so this may not be necessary.
Editing- Someone will need to sit down at a computer with the camera, take all the shots that were filmed and order them, inserting transitions and text- this person will be in charge of putting the entire final piece together.
Director- Somebody is needed to direct actors and camera people as to what to do and how to do it, changing things they don’t like and making sure everything is perfect.
Light/Locations-  There will be someone in charge of where each shot will be filmed and how much light will be needed, it is down to them to decide what light is used and if they need to change it.
